Due to the mostly irregular movements of the active motion devices in hollow glass processing machines together with the nonlinear behavior of the drives used, time-varying mass forces and moments occur there which can lead to unwanted loads and vibrations. In order to be able to counteract this with suitable problem solutions, the behavior of the overall system must be simulated as well as possible. The modeling required for this must take into account not only the dynamic behavior of the drives, but also the dynamic behavior of the irregularly geared mechanisms and the retroactive processes.
