Within the framework of the newly introduced Master Program Product Development, the course Applied Design and Product Development I and II will be held for the first time in summer semester 2020. The course is one of only two fixed mandatory courses of the new Master Program and will have a duration of two semesters.

In a three-week block course (3x2 SWS) at the beginning of each semester, students will be taught interdisciplinary content on model-based product development and project management.

In the following ten-week exercise block (10x2 SWS), these contents are to be applied independently by the students on a current topic from industry. This topic is specified by an industrial partner of the IGMR.

In summer semester 2020 and winter semester 2020/21 the task will be set and accompanied by Trapo AG.
